Attracting over 700 enterprise leaders from a range of industries, Blackdot recently held the largest of their executive summit series across Sydney and Melbourne. The sessions took place in May, and were designed to share practical insights for enterprise leaders on uplifting CX for growth in a cost-constrained environment. Both the Sydney and Melbourne events kicked off with breakfast and the chance to network with the Blackdot community including a range of event partners. The following prominent leaders featured in case study interviews and a panel discussion, where they shared actionable tips and lessons learnt from leading customer-centric change in their organisations. Raj Gohil – Macquarie Group Rod Van Onselen – Origin Energy Liz Chatwin – AstraZeneca Jill Baptist – IAG Denis Brown – Bacardi Limited Jeff Fryer & Stephan Helms Ohama – Medtronic Next-Gen Customer Strategy – Melbourne Taking a unique format, the session began with a plenary presentation, leading into an interactive polling activity. Six Blackdot presenters took the stage and were given 1 minute to pitch to attendees why their topic should be chosen to explore further - each on a key capability needed to drive growth. The audience voted and the 3 most popular themes were then presented. Blackdot was also joined by Rebecca Burrows (Australia Post), Alex Pereira (Medibank) and Carmel Cauchi (NAB), for an interactive panel discussion to share their experience with leading customer-centric change, at scale.
