Cochlear wins $100k of Blackdot services at Salesforce World Tour

Blackdot has announced that hearing implant specialist Cochlear is the lucky winner of $100k worth of Blackdot management consulting services after an exciting competition held at Salesforce World Tour in Sydney on 6 March. 

The competition itself brought in over 100 entries from organisations of all sizes across a range of sectors, with Cochlear selected as having the best response to a question on unique transformational challenges.

Blackdot was recognised as a trailblazer at the event, amidst a full day of thought leadership and insights. Blackdot Managing Director Marty Nicholas was selected to present in two sessions throughout the day.

In the Small Business Essentials: Gear Up for Growth session, Marty spoke on how Blackdot had successfully used technology to acquire new clients more efficiently, appearing alongside other trailblazers in customer-centricity.

In a customer success session later during the day, Marty tackled the topic of balancing technology implementation and adoption with other crucial aspects of organisational transformation such as people and process. This presentation focused on the 5 platforms within Blackdot’s Enterprise Growth Transformation best practice framework.
